Jan H Gaudina has been into the real estate investing for more than four decades. He is the owner of AmeraDream (ameradream.com). He owns a wide range of companies about stock brokerage investing, real estate, Insurance and Mortgage, Film and Movie Production, and similar other companies. Jan Gaudina also sells a real estate investing course and offers mentoring sessions.

Although Jan Gaudina was born in Billings, Montana, he has lived at different places like Kansas City Kansas, Paul Minnesota, Colorado, etc. Jan has had his share of difficulties in real estate dealings. Within nine years, he had bought and sold around one hundred and forty single-family homes, worth around forty million dollars. During the same time, he devised his ‘Help Program’, for earning money and helping others earn money. Additionally, a second mortgage helped him earn huge sums of money.

However, Jan Gaudina suffered huge losses during Colorado’s great Real Estate Depression. Since he had around forty vacant homes, he suddenly decided to give it to their respective owners instead of himself bothering about all vacant homes. This proved disastrous as he lost his investments on all of those homes. Of course, this proved to be a great learning lesson for Jan Gaudina. After that, he pooled in all his experiences and started AmeraDream, which is American Dream of being financially independent while helping others. This company essentially deals in conducting real estate from your house.

Jan Gaudina received 2003 Businessman of the Year Award by the Business Advisory Council in Washington DC. Jan has authored a book- Get Rich by Helping Others the Ultimate Money Machine. This book teaches you to buy properties with little or no money of your own, double your money each year on properties you do not keep, etc.

There are many who have gone through Jan Gaudina’s teachings and mentoring sessions. Although they felt it to be useful and informative, they have not been able to make much money through such course or information.
