Ted Hansson has been into buying and selling of properties since 1988 at Seattle. Although it is easy to locate buyers and sellers of properties, it is difficult to allocate funds for such transactions. Ted Hansson joined hands with Wayne in 1994 to pay for properties through promissory notes. By such note, a third party, investor, pumps in money and pays seller on behalf of the buyer and buyer thereafter pays monthly installments to investor until dues are complete. Ted and Wayne would receive fees for locating such investors and a percentage of profits from such deals.

However, it is not always fine in real estate. You often land up in lawsuits and frauds. Ted also had his share of lawsuits working against him and defaming him and his method of operation. Real estate dealing necessitates you to be present at the right moment with the right people to execute a right deal. If you are not present at the deal, many discrepancies could arise at later stage, which could do much harm to you and your business.
