When an individual takes up a so called informative material he thinks to receive informational benefit from it. Thanks to products such as the Success Magazine, one will have to ponder before buying. The magazine claims to serve the needs of individual entrepreneurs covering aspects related to industry surveys, technological developments and business trends. The credibility of such a claim can be gauged from the fact that it has ceased to publish since 2001.   

One of its chief features working against it was that the magazine was too costly to appeal to majority. Buying homes have not been a new phenomenon and to think that people need training for it is not correct. Individuals find it more paying to spend on mortgage brokers, Realtors®, title insurers, etc. than on a magazine advising theoretically. The seminars organized by Success Magazine are highly expensive costing $4,995 for just three days of classroom training with field training of three days. Besides the money-back guarantee program is deceptive, as the promises are never kept.

A client has to say that he was attracted towards the magazine as he came to know about the company’s program of financing through its Capital Resources or Fortune Financial System if one took up the $1,025 "partnership" deal for the training videos. The result turned out highly disappointing and the client decided to take back his money. His regular complaints could not make anything in his favor and he has to give up the claim. The guarantee is nothing but a sham taken up to dupe people. 

The videotapes offered by the Success Magazine are a better option than the live seminars. At least you can go through them repeatedly and may find some information worthwhile. Success Magazine does not have any valuable information to offer and the price charged makes it even worse. I do not recommend it in any way.
