Robert Irwin is one of the most-revered names for those interested in making real estate investments. His collection of books on real estate includes - “How to Buy a Home When You Can't Afford It", "How to Invest in Real Estate With Little or No Money Down", "Buy, Rent and Sell”, “How to Profit by Investing in Residential Real Estate”, "How to Get Started in Real Estate Investing" and "How to Find Real Estate Bargains".

The writing style of Robert Irwin is simple and easy-to-understand. He has been working in this field for the past 25 years. His book "How to Buy a Home When You Can't Afford It" gives vital information to the investors who want to invest but are restricted by the money and other official financial qualifications constraints to apply for the mortgage. Apart from writing books and running online real estate seminars, Robert Irwin has also worked as a columnist for the Wall Street Journal, "Real Estate Journal". However, his book Buy, Rent and Sell does not have any new ideas and is only repetition of ideas that many writers have already discussed. The book is good for preliminary knowledge on the subject but not for the advanced knowledge on the subject.

His book, “How to Invest in Real Estate with Little or No Money Down”, gives you the valuable information on how to gather wealth without making any down payment needed for the investment. He has once mentioned the name of Napoleon Hill in his book, which is no more in the news.

One of his best-sellers "How to Find Real Estate Bargains” has continued to be on the top list of readers and has been regularly updated to serve the investors in bargaining their new homes or reselling. Robert Irwin has contributed a lot as the real-estate-investment author. His tips, strategies and techniques have helped many people in investing. The valuable tips like on how to buy home with 0% down payment, how to lowball and how and where to look for easy bargains; have given him edge over others in the market.
