Robert Campbell is also an author, lecturer, and advisor on real estate. Robert publishes The Campbell Real Estate Timing Letter, which is the only one of such kind available to San Diego real estate investors. Robert has devised The Campbell Method to face different vicissitudes of real estate investments and still maintain a high level of profits. It indicates the trends for buying and selling.

Robert Campbell has written and published a book - Timing the Real Estate Market. This book provides specific and proven techniques for forecasting the highs and lows of real estate investments. He says there are five real estate indicators, which he terms as Vital Signs. These give a notice of around three to six months prior to a boom or a huge plunge in real estate prices. Robert is no doubt an authority on the real estate investments.
