Richard Roop is a full-time real estate investor. He is the President of a real estate acquisition company Bottom Line Results, Inc., since 1996. This firm is located in Woodland Park, Colorado. Richard is into real estate business since 1984. He provides many innovative marketing and business advices to real estate entrepreneurs and hence is the Marketing Consultant for Real Estate Entrepreneurs. He has written many articles for different marketing, entrepreneurial, and real estate newsletters. Marketing of real estates work only if you are able to analyze needs of callers and evaluate them properly. Richard’s programs help you to understand and gauge need of customers and provide them accordingly.

Richard Roop’s products include How to Collect 5-Figure Paychecks Buying and Selling Houses and How To Sell Your Home in 9 Days. Richard offers a combination of real estate investing with direct marketing techniques. How to Collect 5-Figure Paychecks Buying and Selling Houses is an excellent book. This book has detailed discussions of installment land contracts, lease options, and trusts. He provides many options and different strategies for buying and selling property with associated paperwork.

However, Richard Roop’s course is perfect in theory but lacks in practical aspects. First, the book refers to various strategies of real estate investments, which are not easy comprehensible by newcomers. Rather it confuses them with many cover and contract forms and they fail to understand which form to use when and where. This book does not provide any clues for relevant strategies and forms. It is however a boon for seasoned and experienced real estate investors. Nevertheless, few experienced investors also do not find the book interesting or valuable. Only the disk containing contracts is helpful. 

Richard Roop conducts two-day seminars. He also sells ten cassettes contain recordings of his two day seminars. Besides, you also receive a seminar-training manual with numerous checklists, contracts, forms, training notes, and marketing materials. An additional benefit of purchasing this course is a free license to use Richard’s copyright protected proven marketing tools to develop your real estate business. You also receive many free course books and materials.
