ProgramCritique.com Review:
I am a real estate investor and all I can tell you is that you need to develop a network of people that you work with who can make you strong where you are weak. If you are being mentored by another individual or group or have gone thru course after course and have tried to succeed but are finding it difficult give me a call at 760-931-4770 or e-mail me at RESA@jcsbicca.com and I will discuss with you my program. I have money available for flipping short sales and now is the time to make money...while the sun is shining! So contact me to see if you qualify for help.
MAI stands for Member of the Appraisal Institute and is distinguished as the international leader in commercial and residential real estate appraisal education, professional membership designation programs, publishing and research. The methodology undertaken is noteworthy meeting the individual needs adequately. While the courses are interesting and inspiring for some, it may seem too ivory tower. They are well-informed individuals who do not resort to unethical means of business. The Institutes dedication towards forming a positive environment for minorities and women is commendable.
Any individual interested in joining the institute can be its part. The institute confers one residential designation (SRA) and one commercial designation (MAI) to its members. Members can also come into the associate member category if they take up the activities governed by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. You can be an affiliate member even if you are not performing USPAP-related work but wish to be a part of the Appraisal Institute. Professionals such as attorneys, government agency representatives and bankers can also be its allied members. It is high profile organization and being its member is appreciable.

My capacity is limited so I am very selective. So contact me to see if you qualify.
