These direct mail techniques increase your business prospects and you are able to locate huge number of motivated sellers with minimum amount of work. She is Marketing Magic Lady of United States and Canada. Kathy has co-authored a book Walking With the Wise Real Estate Investor.

Within a short span, she purchased and sold more than two hundred family houses without using any of her money or credit.

Kathy Kennebrook’s system is to post highly motivated letters to prospective sellers. She explains text of letters and asserts on posting right letters to right people at right time. Kathy professes to teach you method of locating and contacting motivated sellers through direct mail. She provides a list of brokers and sometimes negotiates prices to enable students to receive cheaper rates. She also provides you with leads for companies, which do your mailings. Hence, she simplifies process so much that you really do not have to put in much labor.  

Kathy Kennebrook maintains regular e-mail contact with her students and promptly replies to their queries and problems. She organizes meetings with leading real estate personalities to help you understand such issues better. She also sends audio versions of seminars to go over proceedings leisurely and repeatedly.

There are few complaints of Kathy Kennebrook’s system. Some question her system of working and complain about poor quality of CDs. They are also remorse at her not providing proper refund of her products. Letters are not good enough and cost of $1200 for her product seems too exorbitant.
