John Stefanchik is an expert on real estate investment. John is a global leader for Accenture's Application Renewal Practice. He has extensive knowledge about Application Portfolio Management. He is helping with many of Accenture's largest Mainframe Migration engagements. He has written good books like Wealth Without Boundaries and The Stefanchik Method: Earn $10,000 a Month for The Rest of Your Life-In Your Spare Time. Besides, John also started selling real estate courses with the help of Atlas Marketing, Inc. through Beringer Corporation. While marketing the courses, John and his associate companies made false claims of marketing and selling a program, which could teach consumers to make huge amounts of money by just buying and selling mortgage paper.

The false claims landed John Stefanchik and his business associates into trouble. Since January 2005, the Federal Trade Commission has stopped John from making such false claims and deceiving the public. The commission has issued a preliminary injunction against John and Beringer Corporation. This does not allow John to pursue his business interests. Such injunction remains in place until there is any definite outcome of their injunction and trials against allegations of the Federal Trade Commission. The main charges against John and Beringer Corporation of Seattle, Washington and against Atlas Marketing, Inc of Salt Lake City, Utah were that they charged exorbitant amounts, around $8,000, to consumers. These included costs of in-person seminars, course materials, audiotapes, videos, and educational products and services. Marketing was through the telephone, Internet, or direct mailing.

John Stefanchik also has a Financial Mastery course costing $2,995 and Business Coaching course for $1,495. His book and videotapes cost around $20. Seminars are for $7,000 with a $600 course. John sells his books through such costly seminars. He initially markets them through sales representatives on a commission basis. These people try to pressurize you into buying books by calling you on the telephone. They do not look into your necessity for the book. Since they receive commission on a sale, they only want to sell a product. John was for some time associated with Larry Pino, who is also not genuine in his workings.

In all ways, it is best to avoid falling into any of John Stefanchik’s traps and staying away from all his products.
