John D. Behle has vast experience in real estate teaching and consulting. He has authored eight books, notable among them being The Paper Game, published in 1982. He also has many home study courses, newsletter articles on paper investment and over two hundred magazines published nationally. Some other books are Creative Paper Formulas and Mortgage Magic. The Paper Game is an extensive program detailing live video of his five-day course. It contains fourteen videotapes with over twenty-eight hours of advices and instructions and a three-hundred-page manual. John’s the Paper Game is a total book in itself and ranks as the best on real estate investments. It costs around $300. John sells his products through his website.

John D. Behle writes useful articles and does not dwell on unnecessary topics. He goes deep into each topic and analyzes accordingly. Hence, most of his clients feel his books and magazines resemble PhD papers and are not like the usual user-friendly guidebooks. Nevertheless, John offers the best advice and study material for all those interested in making a serious foray into real estate investments.

John D. Behle has many satisfied and happy clients who swear by his products. The courses are comprehensive and experienced clients use it as a ready reckoner and reference to solve problems while dealing in real estate. You understand and know everything about buying, investing and selling discounted mortgages and manipulating cash flows through a calculator and computer.
