 Jim Banks started with a normal career in a software firm. Soon Jim learned about real estate and probate properties. Probate investing is a different form of business. Although it does not require any specific qualification, it depends more on your capabilities and extent of the knowledge about probate investments. Normally, profits are proportionate to your efforts and investments. 

Jim Banks developed a great interest in probate investments. Soon he found every house to be a storehouse of treasure. He made excellent real estate bargains and found his job to be extremely interesting and exciting. He felt he could do anything with his life. Hence, he passes his knowledge through his seminars and coaching institute. Jim started with probate investing more than twenty years back. He bought a house in probate for $30,000 and sold it for $95,000. He made a clean net profit of $57,500. Once Jim got a grip of probate investing, he studied law to get in-depth knowledge of probate investing. After receiving his real estate license, he plunged into full-fledged probate investing. He identified commercial buildings, private properties, probate properties, personal property, and cars to develop his probate investing business into a huge one. 

Jim Banks is trying to popularize probate investing through various free seminars held all over . He conducts four to six workshops twice a year for around fifty students at different places in a city. He assures you that the students benefit largely through such workshops and he gives personal attention to each one of them. He also introduces probate investing through J.G. Banks Institute, which conducts classes to probe deeper into probate investing. Some people find his courses to be useful and attend his courses regularly.

Jim Banks, however, now charges $6,000 for his seminar. He claims that he has many satisfied and happy clients. However, he never divulges their phone numbers or names. His real estate courses have no depth and are useless. There are no special techniques or tricks for acquiring real estate. He only talks about the normal procedure for securing any properties. Nevertheless, there is a section of people claiming Jim’s courses as beneficial and informative. They find his video workshops to be different from normal ones due to the extra information packed into them. A major point of discontent is that his probate theory and laws are best applicable for the state of California alone. People from other states cannot benefit from these, as state laws differ from state to state.
