It claims to offer hot property leads for those who look for good bargains, but in reality they do nothing more than grabbing lot of money from the people who trust them blindly.

Now it has been heard that their activities have been licensed, but anyway, if somebody is involving with them, these people forget the business ethics and leave a person in distress after making him dependent on them.

It shows hundreds of properties in the neighborhood and asks them to pay $368 just to get contact details. The worst part is that the membership fee is not refundable. Once the person becomes a member, the property numbers, which were in hundreds, comes down to meager amount of only few properties. To add more to the problem, the database that they offer is outdated and duplicate. There is no information that ensures the validity of its accuracy.

Nevertheless, if somebody is subscribing to this service, for say three issues, then first two issues will be received late and there is no guarantee for the third issue. The information for the first two issues will become so old that it will be of no use.

No only this, at the end of the subscription time, they will charge almost $499 to the customers that means subscribing with them is no less than a big mistake. With that, reaching their so-called customer service is also something next to impossible. Probably, due to these reasons, now this site has been obsolete.
