Foreclosure Town is a website dealing in foreclosure properties and is a part of Foreclosure World group. This same group also functions under names as Foreclosure School and Foreclosure Leads. Bill Steiger and Stacey Wachtel of Jordan Publishing Corporation operate and own Foreclosure Town and their entire group in California. However, it is best to stay away from any dealings of Jordan Publishing Corporation. California Department of Real Estate had issued a Desist and Refrain Order for Unlicensed Activities against the company way back in 2003. Nevertheless, company is still functioning under many other deceptive names.

Although total activities of Jordan Publishing Corporation are still not yet fully licensed, they continue to function and are out to dupe people by their dealings. Foreclosure Town provides misleading information about different foreclosure properties in your area. Website discloses innumerable properties offered on foreclosures, which lure you into signing up as a member. You need to pay $368 as membership fee, which is nonrefundable. Thereafter, Foreclosure Town is to supply you with contact details of all those innumerable foreclosure properties you initially saw on website.

However, you find hardly a few foreclosure properties at Foreclosure Town and most are not updated details. Quality of few updated details is so poor that you cannot understand any information at website. Some addresses have no contact numbers, some are duplicate addresses, some do not have any delinquency date, etc. Overall, information is useless and you get nothing for your $368 of membership fees. 

Foreclosure Town is just another name for online bankruptcy and listing service. Besides, their parent company Jordan Publishing Corporation is in midst of numerous scams and duping charges. Their way of functioning is unethical and they execute various fraudulent means of charging people’s credit cards for returned products, etc. They send numerous junk mails and change their company name constantly to evade public outcry and escape from law.

You lose your money rather than earn substantial sums through Foreclosure properties at Foreclosure Town. Therefore, it is best to purchase properties from house owners in distress directly rather than going though any agency or organization.
