Bill Vaughn has been investing in real estate since 1969, even though he knew about the real estate business a long time before that. His father had a successful real estate business from 1917. Rather, Bill was in awe of his father’s capabilities and hence was hesitant to enter the same profession. However, he decided to plunge into the real estate business, as it was his best recourse. He became a real estate tycoon and a successful investor before his father’s death in 1986.

Bill Vaughn combines both his and his father’s real estate strategies and tips into his book - The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate, first offered in 1989 by IntelliBiz. This is a total and definitive investment guide for both inexperienced and experienced real estate investors with regular free updates. This book differs greatly from other normal real estate programs mainly because of its nonprofit-making intentions. Volunteers of Intellibiz do not sell programs through the guide. Instead, they earn their income by investing in such programs. Lack of profit-making initiatives is responsible for its low costs. Mentoring for this program is free of cost. Some of Bill’s techniques are not successful, as they have a limited range of application. However, Bill stresses on you being aware of every technique and tool of real estate investments.
