Bill Mencarow started out as a photojournalist for a local daily newspaper at the age of seventeen. He has an experience of thirty-eight years in journalism and related fields. He hosted television programs and radio talk show in Chicago for eight years. He managed many political campaigns and worked as legislative director and press secretary for Congress in Washington. He was NBC producer and did press and public relations work for few medical associations.
