ProgramCritique.com Review:

Skybiz is operating in over 220 countries, hosting more than 2 million websites with tall claims of making you rich in no time. It mainly deals with the sale of ‘WebPaks’ or website programs. The company recruiting the individuals encourages WebPaks sale with the false promise of lucrative return. Each recruit has to sell the WebPaks to two recruits in order to get compensation. Besides that, the recruit did not have any claims to the compensation until he sells nine Webpaks down the line. The result of such a business scheme can never be in favor of the recruits.

The FTC has to come in action to restrict such exploitation. The result was that it took the company to and Bermuda courts and influenced the law enforcing bodies of , and to take action against it. Further, the Commerce Commission Director of Fair Trading Deborah Battell persuades the victims of SkyBiz.com to visit skybiz-redress.com to make claims for the loss meted to them.

Ms Battell warning the consumers against such pyramid schemes comments that although with time more sophisticated schemes come into the market consumers should be cautious about them. When convincing others to join the scheme appears a greater priority than selling the product or service then you should not venture the business. Further, if the company makes promises of substantial return in future it is better not to depend on it.  Taking a professional advice before taking up such ventures is always recommended.

While the cost to join SkyBiz Program was US$125, the FTC alleged that the company’s chief motive was to buy the authority to get compensation for taking additional members. It further charged the company that it urged participants to take up more than one ‘Web Pak’ to increase the profit. SkyBiz falsely made people believe about the income they could never get. It is better to keep away from the programs such company like SkyBiz offers in the guise of business opportunity.
