John Polk was a popular figure on TV a few years back. He was selling a direct marketing system. Before this, he had been selling government auction systems, property systems, and network marketing systems. He was also on the Internet doing direct marketing. John, with a few partners, started his moneymaking business through government auctions in the nineties. Although he marketed direct marketing systems to others, he was actually selling network marketing. John initially entices you to order his direct marketing package. He explains how you can earn millions by creating your own products and services. Then he brings in his network marketing company.

John Polk does not give full and correct information on his info commercials. He propagates direct marketing, while he was into network marketing. John was not a new face on TV. He was earlier on TV to sell a distressed property system. This was similar to William J Mccorkel. William is now in jail for his wrong practices. John also faced conviction for his wrong marketing techniques of his distressed property system. However, he came back after some time and started with his same fraudulent practices.

John reappeared on TV info commercials selling multi level marketing through a company-2XtremePerformance International. He promotes this company through various seminars. The initial cost of signing for the seminar is only $10. He then elaborates that if you want to make money, you need to invest in his Fast Start package for $500. John insists that this package contains many moneymaking techniques.

Then John advises you to take up an excellent education program for your kids for another $1000. Otherwise, you can also buy their Business in a Box for another $700. You only need to send different mailing pieces and get orders for different products. You earn millions through this mail order system easily. However, all his claims and dealings are just a hoax and are with the sole aim of deceiving you into paying money for his products. These products are useless and do not yield even an iota of results as claimed by John. John has also accepted his guilt of misleading many people and swindling their money.  

Later John sold his network marketing company. Many people lost their money. Recently, there is a website to help these people get back something from their investments in John’sJohn Polk and his associates Steven Clements, David C Bowen, and Matthew F. Foulger are founders and executives of 2Xtreme Performance International. All of them are now in jail facing charges for defrauding 17,000 customers of $20,000,000. Although this fraud was for another company - Peak Performance Institute, yet the fraudulent tactics were the same. John is now in jail serving a term of 51 months with a $250,000 fine.
