Cash Flow System was his info commercial on television. He has authored Hidden Opportunities for Wealth and How to Make Nothing but Money. However now you cannot view his info commercial or read any of his books. He has been into much trouble with Federal Trade Commission. All his courses and books were just a big humbug. Dave advertised his products by sending tapes to customers through his firm Del Dotto Enterprises, Inc, NFN Inc.

Dave Del Dotto’s books and tapes had no content and he was only out to make some money. Most of his customers have had only bad experiences with Dave. His home-study course is on how to take advantage of Farmers Home Administration loan. He stresses that if you are not a farmer; try to make a farmer act out for you. The main hitch here was not to mention requirement of a farmer in his method of proclaiming ways of getting rich quickly. It is against law to front a farmer for you in a loan program. This is the main reason, which put him in bad books of Federal Commission. Hence, his headquarters at Modesto faced an early closure.

Wisconsin State Bureau of Consumer Protection publishes a guide listing many questionable and doubtful info commercials. Dave’ info commercial is also one among them. Dave also became bankrupt in mid-98. WA attorney general thereafter sued Dave and his Affordable Housing Inc. for making many wrong representations on real estate investing. Some of them were against U.S. District court orders. Dave was acting like a broker but without a proper license. He also collected deposits of $500 for crediting against closing costs of mortgages, which he helped his clients get for their real estates.

There are many more allegations against Dave Del Dotto. He held seminars and advertised wrong information to members there. He told them that they could receive money by selling government-insured home-improvement loans. He said that this would help his clients to receive mortgages around 1 to 3% less than usual customers. He further said that his clients can therefore secure free and clear title to their properties and you only need to pay taxes for around $500 only. This was an added attraction for people with bad credit to buy houses. It was an attractive option, as they need not pay anything initially. Besides, you could add a further equity of $50,000 to your home by furnishing it.

Dave Del Dotto thus, gave all wrong information to his clients and that too at exorbitant fees. Hence, all his information was useless, worthless, and beyond moral norms.
