ProgramCritique.com Review:

Buying and selling of securities at a single day is known as day trading. With each intraday trade, you can back a small amount of money. As a trader, you can sell and purchase the same security for two to ten times a day depending upon the strategy you choose. Risk is a part of the trade and you have to undertake it to gain rewards. It entails a lot of hard work to succeed as a day trader.

Factors such as earning announcement, acquisitions, mergers and new products can drive a stock suddenly. Day traders toil extensively to find these stocks and effort to make good of the activity. Day traders can take the help of available services in return of a fee. When there are fast selling and buying of securities you may have to pay large commission for it. Taking the help of a discount broker for each security at a charge of ten dollars is likely to drain a substantial sum as commission from you. Besides, you may not win at each trade but you would have to pay commission for each one. Your profit should be such that you can pocket a considerable sum even after paying to the broker.

The National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) has set a standard for qualifying as a day trader. According to NASD, somebody who is able to do at least four-day trades a day in five business days is recognized as a day trader. Day trading is more suitable to larger trading sizes. If you plan well you can do away with its risk and stock trading fees. It is does not necessarily mean that you can ward off the market risk through it as it comes into force the moment you enter the market. Initially taking it on a part-time basis is more recommendable.
