Jackie says that working in the oil and gas industry, which is the core of the energy sector, gave her the much-needed exposure and expertise. The unpredictability and volatile nature of the industry gave The Hall group an opportunity to work with small and big firms and to override the ups and downs of the market.

Before she formed The Hall Group, Ms. Hall worked as a management consultant for big corporation, and whose division’s sales jumped 500 percent within a year.  Ms. Hall is an M.B.A. graduate and holds a B.S. in Psychology. She was awarded the  "Women on the Move" award in 1998. She is currently writing the book "The Hall Way: Finding Common Ground".
