ProgramCritique.com Review:
Gifting is a form of giving money to others in particular predecided fashion. Most gifting programs follow basic similar pattern with slight variations. Although there are laws for gifting up to $10,000 for any number of persons within a year, it was primarily for gifting within family. However, gifting procedures according to gifting clubs function differently.

Few people come together to form gifting clubs by pooling in anything between $500 and $3,500. Some have entry fees of $2,000 to $10,000. Once you pay entry fee to your sponsor, you can recruit other members. This means you coax your friends and relatives to cough up similar amounts and become members of gifting clubs. You pay fees of your first recruit to your sponsor. Thereafter, you are free to recruit further members and keep their fees. Similarly, your recruits are now eligible to recruit others, foregoing only their first sale. In some gifting clubs, you lose two sales before receiving recruit money. This chain continues for sometime.
Most gifting clubs claim to have attorney’s approval through loopholes in legal systems. Therefore, limit amount is around $10,000 from a single person. This is blatant lie, as there is no such provision under legal laws. This form of gifting is illegal as you are giving only for greed to receive further money.
Some gifting clubs claim to offer you products for paying your entry fee. They have different products according to different entry fees. You pay $500 or $1,000; you receive some web design software. Usually, this software is a free download at another site. They offer a CD for entry fee of $3,500, which is available for only $200.
Some gifting clubs make good money in initial days of functioning, but soon crash down. Most of the times, gifting clubs face closure through Federal Trade Commission. Since new members are unable to make money when clubs crash, they complain to FTC, which makes these clubs illegal. You have to pay back all amounts you previously received and face a misdemeanor conviction against you. Gifting and such clubs are illegal and better not to fall into these traps.
